WHO ARE THE MEMBERS?

Relocation companies may only apply to join the SNPRM if they have no links to real estate agents. 

MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS

To be eligible for membership, companies must:

•   Exist: have a legal structure (self-employed person, EURL, SARL, SA, SAS or other).

•   Have at least two satisfied customers (letters of recommendation must be provided, written on the company's letterhead and signed by the ordering party - for example the HR manager).

•   Be able to present promotional materials (brochure and/or website)

•   Have, as a minimum, EARP certification level 1 (2-day "Basics" training) or have been in the business for 2 years.

•   Make an honourable declaration agreeing to comply with the  code of ethics.

•   Answer the questionnaire, which will be examined by the members of the Committee.

•   Pay an admission fee.

•   Pay an annual subscription charge, the amount of which is related to the previous year's turnover.

THE ADVANTAGES

•  The member company's contact details (address, phone, fax) and market positioning, together with a website link and/or address, appear in the listings provided by the SNPRM.

•  Members are invited to speak at and/or participate in SNPRM meetings - in particular, every year at the National Convention and at Members' Day - and to take the training courses accredited by  the EARP, the European Academy of Relocation Professionals.

•  They have the benefit of special members' rates for attending these events and training courses.

•   Members are systematically sent all information issued by the SNPRM.

•   They have access to the reserved area on the website, where they will find a wealth of information and news concerning the profession.

•   They are sent a legal newsletter monthly by email: JURIS INFO.

•   A legal department is at their service to answer their questions.

•   Members can vote at assemblies.

•   Members can use the services of the SNPRM delegate for all information concerning Relocation and if necessary transmit their information to the members concerned.

•   Members can use the SNPRM and EARP logos on all their documentation.

Applications received are submitted to the Committee for approval: a decision is sent within approximately one month. The SNPRM Committee reserves the right to request additional information.
